Company Management (Antigua) Limited (CMAL), is an Antiguan registered company engaged in the incorporation, administration and management of, and the provision of related services to, International Business Corporations (IBC's) as well as those companies engaged in other aspects of the offshore industry.

Operating from offices located within the capital city of St. John's, in Antigua, CMAL is in close proximity to those Government and administrative Departments involved in the offshore financial sector. As a result of this, we are able to liaise with those offices expeditiously and provide corporate services in a prompt and efficient manner

Our office is staffed by a dedicated team of professionals possessing an extensive range of skills and experience in all aspects of offshore company management and administration. The company has ready access to other professionals (legal and financial) with the specialized knowledge and expertise to provide high quality support services on a timely basis.

The Managing Director of CMAL is a licensed and qualified Legal Practicioner who, previously, managed the Corporate Services Division of the Antiguan Office of an international accounting firm. He has gained valuable commercial and corporate exposure and experience dealing with an international clientele.

CMAL is closely affiliated to the Antiguan based Law Firm of Septimus A. Rhudd. Accordingly, the company is able to keep pace with existing legislations and other legal developments influencing the offshore industry within Antigua and Barbuda.
