The Legal Services for Company Management (Antigua) Limited (CMAL) are provided, primarily, by the Antiguan-based Law Office of SEPTIMUS A. RHUDD.

This is a full service law office, conveniently located in the capital city of St. John's and within close proximity to the Courts and other important Government Departments.

The office specialises in commercial law, corporate law, conveyancing and civil litigation and has, included among its clientele, some of the major business entities operating in Antigua and Barbuda.

The office also provides, in conjunction with CMAL, legal support services to a number of offshore clients and offshore entities based on the Island.

The Law Office was established by Septimus A. Rhudd, a qualified Attorney-at-Law, Barrister at Law and Solicitor and Notary Public, who was admitted to practice in 1984.

He was admitted to the Bar in Jamaica in 1984 and, in Antigua and Barbuda in 1989.

Septimus A. Rhudd is a former Registrar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and Deputy Registrar of the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal. He has worked with the Government of Jamaica and Antigua and Barbuda in senior legal positions. He is fully conversant with all aspects of the law as it relates to offshore corporate activities in Antigua and Barbuda.
