An Antiguan IBC can be used as the registered owner of a ship or other type of sea-going vessel. The IBC would normally register the vessel under the Antigua and Barbuda flag.

CMAL can facilitate the expeditious formation of your IBC and subsequent registration of your vessel. The following, are some of the documents would be required in order to have the vessel registered:

	Original written application for registration.
	Proof of Ownership of the Vessel.
	A Certificate of Seaworthiness.
	A Survery Certificate.
	Proof of cancellation of registration in a foreign country, if applicable.
	Proposed name of the vessel whilst flying the Antiguan flag.
	Number Port and Year of Registry.
	Present name and call sign, if applicable.
	Copy of Bill of Sale or Builder's Certificate.
	Classification Society.
	Owner's Particulars- name, address, contact numbers.
	Radio Accounting Authority.
	Copy of current Certificate of Registration, if applicable.
